a locally, family-owned business is looking for a customer service centered individual to provide retail sales assistance to our customers both on the phone and in person.
This position would be required to travel between the DeKalb and Rockford locations to help with coverage.
General Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist our walk-in customers on the retail floor by listening and offering suggestions to help them with their needs.
Work with PCT team answering calls and taking detailed notes.
Keep the showroom floor organized to present a great first impression to our customers.
Inventory control.
Inputting demographics in Brightree for new walk-in customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:

S.
diploma or equivalent Ideal Candidates:
Possess excellent customer service skills.
Be able to work both independently and with a team.
Be friendly, compassionate, and reliable.
Have the ability to execute coordinated efforts in the interest of the common cause.
Flexible to work at both the DeKalb and Rockford, Illinois locations on a regular basis.
No experience necessary, Extensive on the job training will be provided.
Strong emphasis on positive attitude, ability to work within a team, and attention to detail.
Hours:
40 hours per week.
Monday - Friday varying between 8:

Some Saturdays between 9:

Benefits:
Starting Pay:
$15.
00 Medical, Vision, Dental insurance after 60 days of employment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
