As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Providing information about products and services - Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary -Moving vehicles on the lot
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1
years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
