All employees are required to greet and assist any guest in a prompt, courteous, friendly, and helpful manner at all times.
Front Desk will be Responsible to Do Laundry, Front and public Area Cleaning.
Ensures guest satisfaction, completes check-in and check-out procedures, receives guest requests and/or complains and ensures that appropriate actions have been taken.
Answer all incoming calls and inquiries, communicate with all departments, accurately communicates hotel rates and information, and uses suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights to increase occupancy and revenue.
Balance cash receipts accurately, checks all future arrivals, and completes bucket check on all shifts Provides assistance to other associates, and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the hotel.
some shifts are longer hrs too There is no set schedule as weekends are a must.
Other shifts may be available to obtain more hours.
