In this position you will develop relationships with new and existing accounts, provide consultative sales and order assistance.
Responsibilities include overseeing and monitoring current customer orders for timely manufacturing, processing and customer satisfaction.
You will maintain regular contact with customers to determine their needs, preferences and requirements for products and orders through frequent communication with them.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads - Follow up on leads and inquiries from various marketing campaigns - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system Requirements:
Computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite along with website and internet tools Solid math skills needed to estimate product cost Excellent verbal and written communication skills both on the phone and in person one-on-one Commitment to providing outstanding customer service Ability to work well under pressure, handle many tasks and interruptions within a short period of time while providing positive, personalized customer service Can do attitude Previous experience working in a customer service or inside sales position for a manufacturing company Computer Savvy Technical ability to understand diagrams and machine limitations along with a willingness to learn the entire plant flow
