Qualifications:
Automotive repair estimating and labor time catalog experience Customer service experience Retail sales experience Valid driver's license High energy level and good work ethic WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER This position will work 5 days per week.
We're closed on Sundays.
You will be the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians.
Your exceptional communication skills and ability to understand client's problems will be crucial in providing satisfactory service delivery.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers' needs are met by effectively explaining their concerns and requirements to our staff.
Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, processing orders, and monitoring the delivery of services.
In the event of any customer complaints, you will handle them empathetically and efficiently, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied.
