We are looking for Maintenance Technicians who demonstrate maintenance knowledge or ability to learn job duties, ensure resident safety, understand, and respect diverse communities, and adhere to Equal Opportunity Housing regulations.
Other duties will include general maintenance/repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, basic carpentry, light painting, andgroundskeeping.
The Maintenance Technician will also follow all make-ready plans, repair requests, on-call duties, and routine maintenance services as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repairs of equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC systems Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively Fabricate and install parts as needed Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment manuals.
Maintenance Worker Requirements:
Required:
Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds, bend, stoop, climb ladders, stepstools, and stairs regularly.
Available for on-call rotation--some weekends Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as all company policies and procedures Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance and management Proficient in English (both written and oral communication skills) Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Eye for detail.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Strong time management skills.
