Experience:
An associate degree or three to five years related experience and or training is required.
Prefer a bachelor's degree.
Must have excellent planning and organizational skills.
Must be able to work comfortably with other departments.
Must have a lean manufacturing background.
Must be able to make decisive and independent decisions.
Experience managing in a union environment a plus.
